RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Bromitch Medical Supply would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. Regrettably, due to the nature of the product we cannot offer a refund, but we will replace the item if it is faulty or defective.

Because of the nature of this product, we can accept exchanges for damaged or defective goods only. Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
